One of the biggest advantages is its superb connectivity to the railway station, as the hotel is conveniently situated within the railway compound itself, making travel extremely easy and hassle-free. Special thanks to Ms. Akansha and Ms. Reshma at the reception for their warm hospitality, polite behaviour, and smooth check-in/check-out assistance. Their professional and friendly approach made the stay even more pleasant. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Neeraj from the restaurant for the excellent service and delicious food experience. Overall, one of the best stays with great service, strategic location, and value for money. Highly recommended for travellers looking for comfort and convenience.

I had a wonderful one-day stay at Max Polo Hotel in Prayagraj. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. I also tried food at the restaurant, where I ordered noodles and honey chilli potatoes. Both dishes were outstanding in taste and quality. The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is very close to Prayagraj Junction, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I had a truly wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prayagraj.

The hotel is nearest to Prayagraj Station (platform No. 10.side or back side). Exactly adjacent to the station. People are also known as Polo Max Hotel as this was his older name. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. They are also providing Wi-Fi. You should add breakfast in your booking because they serves the awesome breakfast with atleast 15 types of dishes. Their breakfast is on buffet and having variety of options. Their restaurant is pure veg only and on the ground floor. It is adjacent to the reception area. The restaurant is very clean and nicely maintained. Overall a tasty food. You can also order from your room also from this restaurant. Else you can order through Swiggy also. But u have to take order from main gate as they are not picking up the order on behalf of you. As it is near to station, no need to worry about transport as it is easily available. Rapido is also worth while booking transport. Rooms are also good. They are doing room service on regular basis. Main city is Civil lines which will take only 5 min by auto or u can walk. Sangam will take 15 min by auto and there you can see Fort and Lete hue Hanuman ji ka mandir. Fort will be closed by 1700 hrs. This is the centre point for every place you want to visit. In short, excellent hotel for stay.

We had a very pleasant experience at the restaurant. We came here for lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were served by Mr. Tarun Thakur, who was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommended!
