Food options are very limited. Only the chef decides what to make and not the guests. Almost all the food items are unavailable. They say that the chef decides the menu if we are taking the package (Stay + Food) and also it is not customizable. Bad experience. Not suggested. Stay is good, Rooms are very good but food is an issue here.

I recently stayed at Daksh Valley Resort during my trip to Saputara, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Gujarat. The rooms and cottages are beautifully designed, spacious, and give a unique comfort vibe. The swimming pool is neat, clean, and perfect for relaxation, especially after a day of exploring. The staff here is extremely polite, helpful, and professional—they really make you feel at home. Another big plus is the location. Saputara Table Point and Sunset Point are very easily accessible from the resort, which made sightseeing super convenient. If you’re visiting Saputara and looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and value-for-money stay, Daksh Valley Resort is highly recommended!

Overall, we had a really good experience here! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though the bed felt a bit small for a family with kid however 7 year child free so thanks. For two people, it’s just right. Hand towels and a dustbin should ideally be in the bathroom by default, but the staff provided them when we asked. The food was tasty and matched our preferences as we enjoyed jain/swaminarayan food, and they also offered complimentary hi-tea as per our booking. Hot water is available 24 hours, though it takes a little while to start. A darker curtain would help since the room still stays a bit bright in the afternoon. The location is about 5 km from Saputara, so I’d suggest starting breakfast around 7 AM for convenience. There’s decent parking space too. Visited in December, so couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool, but overall, the stay was pleasant. The staff were polite, humble, and always ready to help. **Pros:** Clean and peaceful place, helpful staff, good food options (hi-tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner). **Cons:** Slightly away from Saputara (around 5 km).

Our overall experience at Daksh Resort was very good. Ms. Minaxi was extremely supportive and ensured a smooth process from online booking to check-in and check-out. The food quality and service were commendable — dishes were served on time, and the staff maintained a courteous and professional approach throughout our stay. We visited the resort during the Diwali vacation and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. The menu offers a wide variety of options, though a few items such as Dosa, Spring Rolls, Peri Peri French Fries, and Paneer Bhurji were unavailable at the time of our visit. However, the staff handled the situation politely and informed us in advance. Among the dishes we tried, Bhindi Masala was exceptionally tasty — we even ordered it twice. However, Dal Khichdi, Sev Tomato, and Singapore Noodles did not meet our taste expectations. Overall, Daksh Resort offers a pleasant experience with good hospitality and supportive staff. It is a nice place for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Clear trip charged me 10300 for this hotel for basic room but the actual amount at the hotel reception is 4000 + gst. So not sure who is at fault here, the hotel or clear trip. But this hotel is definitely not worth 10300. Not lights in swimming pool, reconstruction is in progress, door bell not working, more than 2 small water bottles is chargeable . The facilities are very basic.
