Maintenance of furniture, Door locks & room appliances needs a lot of improvement & renovation. Beds & the mattress are of poor quality. Service in the restaurant is good. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel and had a wonderful experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. A special mention to Sonali, her warm and professional attitude made a real difference, and she was always ready to assist with a smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety of dishes. The overall service was prompt, and the staff made sure that guests felt at home. I highly recommend Lemon Tree Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely visit again!

The worst hotel I have ever visited. There were bugs in the bed and the bed wasn't comfortable at all. The toilets were not cleaned properly, and there were small hairs everywhere. No dustbin cover was put in the bin. They just kept an uncleaned bin in the washroom. There were parking issues - the security guard asked me to park outside the hotel (near the road) however, there was a parking space available inside the hotel. He was saving a parking space for those who came to the restaurant. But why the people who are staying wasn't given a parking space? Breakfast was too bad. Lunch was good but not recommended. They have me a Coca-Cola which was expired a month ago. Kindly avoid any packed drinks from this hotel.

Disappointing Experience at Lemon Tree Alwar I visited the Lemon Tree Hotel in Alwar in December 2024, expecting a premium stay experience based on the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, my visit fell far below my expectations and left me quite disappointed. I had chosen this property with high hopes of enjoying a comfortable and well-maintained environment, but the reality was quite different. The rooms, which are supposed to be the highlight of any stay, were far from satisfactory. They did not offer the value for money one would expect from a Lemon Tree property. The furnishings seemed dated, and the overall ambiance of the rooms lacked the warmth and modern feel one usually associates with this brand. It was a letdown, especially given the premium pricing. That said, one redeeming factor was the staff. They were courteous, polite, and attentive, doing their best to make up for the shortcomings of the property. Their efforts did not go unnoticed and were appreciated, but sadly, good service alone couldn’t compensate for the lackluster state of the facilities. As someone who has always held Lemon Tree in high regard, this experience significantly altered my perspective on the brand. While I understand that every property may vary, this particular one did not live up to the standards associated with the name. To sum it up, Lemon Tree Alwar left me feeling disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a good value-for-money stay option. However, I do hope the management takes note and improves the property to match the expectations of their guests in the future.
