We checked in around 5 am . We have observed too many cockroaches in bathroom. Even after the service requested , still it was crawling through bed room... Free breakfast was ok. Had tasted better and hygenie ones in other hotels at this price range.. hotel need better maintainance.

Our stay at Hotel Saty was very pleasant and comfortable...!! The room was neat and tidy, the staff were polite and friendly, and the ambience was calm and relaxing. The food was fresh and tasty. It’s a perfect place to stay within budget..

Very disappointing stay. We had stayed here earlier without any major issues, but this visit was the complete opposite. The first room had cockroaches and insects in the bathroom, forcing us to request a room change. Sadly, the new rooms were also dirty. The bedsheets, bathrooms, and overall cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. The AC remote wasn’t working, there was no TV remote, and simple facilities that guests expect were missing. The food was another letdown. Both the complimentary breakfast and the meals we paid for were poor in quality and taste. The hotel has clearly gone downhill. Cleanliness, maintenance, and service need immediate attention. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

We have our relative in KMCH, so we opted this hotel as it's nearby. The service is good. Every staff member was very responsive. The rooms were good. We stayed for 4 nights.

Strongly not recommended for family. Very costly for this maintenance and It looks like a lodge. Extremely poor experience – completely unacceptable. The maintenance is terrible, and basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The staff are rude, and the reception is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. We booked for one day and one night, but the room we were given was in a disgusting condition. It was poorly maintained and infested with cockroaches and bugs all night. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly unsafe to stay in such a place. This is by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. I would strongly advise others not to choose this property. The only decent aspect was the food, which was just average and manageable—nothing special.
