*Caelum Atharva Palace, Jaipur* is a solid mid‑range hotel that feels more like a boutique retreat than a generic chain. The garden‑filled grounds and outdoor pool give it a relaxing vibe, and the 24‑hour front desk is a lifesaver for early check‑ins or late‑night arrivals. _Rooms_ are tidy and air‑conditioned, with free Wi‑Fi and a small desk – perfect for a quick work‑session. The in‑room coffee‑maker and mini‑fridge are nice touches, though the bathroom could use a touch more modern fixtures. _Food_ – the on‑site restaurant serves a mix of Indian and continental dishes; the buffet breakfast (extra charge) is decent but nothing spectacular. The bar offers a chill spot for an evening drink.

We stayed here as part of a wedding and had the whole resort booked. Firstly the rooms are very sub par and dirty with renovations it seems like still on going. The walls are not finished, plumbing issues in the entire resort with multiple bathrooms never flushing and water constantly running in the toilets. Our bathroom never flushed and we had asked reception four times for someone to come and check they never did. Our key card also stopped working and it took 12 minutes and I had to walk to reception before someone came. Not like pictures, very subpar service and overall lacking. Food was good but had its own issues catering and menu wise.

I had a very bad experience with hotel caelum Atharva palace. I booked this hotel for 2 days for my wedding but no manager and staff were cooperative . The hotel MD said they will be available for 2 days but no one was available there. All false committent was given to us.My guest suffered alot in room service.very bad experience I have with is palace and every guest is not happy with this property and worst experience of my life it’s very bed and unforgettable decision of my life to book this property for wedding. This palace is not suitable for wedding

The far away location would have been compensated if the services were good. Staff there is not at all helpful...when we asked for extra blankets they directly told us "no more blankets are available we can give you more mattresses". Seriously?? Should we put mattress in place of blankets now? When we asked the hotel staff for room cleaning/ change of bedsheets/ slippers...they denied, they said they do not have laundry there so they cannot change bedsheets...not even once a day. Saying they have laundry and ironing services in the beginning and then they denied on the day of wedding. The mismanagement of hotel created a lot of chaos due to which we had to suffer a lot. Not suitable for weddings If you are booking for a wedding and like basic cleaniness (non stinking room) do take blankets, bedsheets, room freshner, mops and iron with you!

We booked the place for 2 days for wedding and were promised good services but what we got was worst service possible. 1.We were promised varied breakfast for our guests but we were served the same breakfast both days. 2. They charges us more by defrauding us by taking the money for food but served less food and services and also increased the number of plates and sent their own staff for food without our consent or any pre-planned agreement 3.The catering department there also cheated on us and added extra plates and guests without our consent and authorisation. 4. There was no room cleaning for the days we stayed. 5. The staff did not provide us with extra mattresses and quilts that were promised to us by their managers and key managerial staff 5. Quality of the bathrooms was also very much below the mark as the bathroom pipes were leaking and when we complained there was no help provided from their side. What they did was just say that somebody would come and fix the water pipe but nobody actually came 7. The appliances like kettle and television were not working either and when complained about, they gave very non-satisfactory response
