Immaculate room, great food, ample parking & just 1.5 km to Khatu Shyam Temple. Restruant is also available which is neat and clean & food is also good. Hotel staff is polite & helpful, Overall a recommended place. ​Weekend tip: take E-rickshaws usually will stop near hotel hassle-free temple pick-up/drop-off to avoid parking hassles

The rooms are very neat nd clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and cooperative. The food is also very delicious. The restaurant is pure vegetarian 😍 , The front offices are very welcoming. Worst stay. Manager has a lot of attitude and behaves extremely rudely, with zero respect for guests. Completely unwelcoming and unhelpful, even for basic questions about the temple. No proper parking when the hotel is full. Cars are parked on the road, making vehicle safety doubtful. Clearly understaffed. Poor room hygiene. Stained bedsheets with hair, changed only after almost 2 hours despite repeated complaints. Far from the temple, vehicle required. E rickshaw charges 500to 700 rp from hotel to temple Poor management. Avoid.

Best Hotel in KhatuShyam in terms of Hospitality, Service, Food, Room Size, Amenities. Staff is well trained, always ready to serve you even for small small things, Behaviour of Staff and Manager is very good. Food is very very delicious. I recommend every one don't hesitate to book in this hotel.

Hi, This hotel is excellent as per location, neat and cleaniess and food concern. Location: The location of the hotel is around 2.5 km from temple. People who are traveling with own vehicles, they can park the vehicle safely and visit the temple by e-Riksha. It would be best approach instead of stuck in small streets and crowd around the temple with 4 wheeler. Neat and cleaniess: Hotels rooms are very clean and up to the mark. They provide almost all basic aminites that you need. However I would recommend to provide napkins, hair oil, comb. I'm not sure, if they provide it on request. You can confirm with them. I usually travel with basic stuff so I didn't needed. Food: Food is one of the thing for which I would definitely recommend this hotel, because you don't need to go outside of the hotel for breakfast and lunch. Being a small town, my major concern was food as per freshness, taste and hygiene matter. They've restaurant beside the hotel, and it neat and clean, taste was excellent and service was good and on time. Service: Staff is polite and soft spoken. I specifically appreciate the behaviour of Mr. Anubhav Kumar Sharma, who manages the reception. I Just book the hotel a day before on telephonic conversation with Anubhav only. He helped me to get a e-Riksha from hotel as well who picked us, wait amd drop the hotel back on time without any trouble. However, room service can be improved more, but being a Brand new hotel and Im sure they must be working on it. Finally, my trip to Khut Shyam Ji was seamless with this book.
