The only good thing is that it's close to the beach. Recommended for folks who are ok with a beaten down place at a reasonable price point. Behaviour of the staff is very poor. Upon check-in we were told that they no longer take bookings using Booking.com and we might not get a room, although we could see our names clearly listed on their daily room roster. Request the middle aged man at the counter to have a smiling face while dealing with guests - attitude goes a really long way in the hospitality industry. The rooms are also small, paints coming off from the walls, glass door broken within the washroom.

Rooms are not good as photos shown in the booking sites.. But rooms are old even wall paint has gone..AC was not cooling. Parking is pathetic, not enough parking according to rooms..

We were allotted a room on the 4th floor and had a restless night due to RAT noises coming from the ceiling and walls. Also, traffic noises till about midnight were disturbing. Couple of mosquitoes also were guests at night.... Complimentary breakfast was bad as well - watermelon was not fresh, idlis were not up to standard. We expected more for paying ₹2800 a night. Only advantage is closeness to the beach.

Wonderful experience very neat and clean room super location nice staff. Breakfast is also super. Met all my expetation give 10 marks out of 10👍👍👍👍

Room was decent for the price, and breakfast was good. However, there were a few issues: the paint was peeling inside the room, and bottled water was overpriced at 25/-. We were also told there was nearby parking by the staff during checkout, but upon check-in, we had to use public parking instead (as told by duty staff).
