We stayed at Freesia Residency for 3 days ,since there was a wedding in the family. We had booked close to 30 rooms .The food & services were excellent All our guests were very happy with the amenities . Mr.Mahesh , the Operations Manager didn't give us any reasons for any Complaints. Thank you so much

This hotel is ok as per the price following are positives and negatives 1. If you have chosen conventional room, you should read carefully, it says detatched bathroom, which means your bathroom is outside the room, which I thing is a big negative. 2. The service is not good. The reception is not active and I ordered food, the guy forgot spoons, told me that he is coming with cutlery but never came. 3. Very complex systems in bathrooms. The water may go away when you are taking bath. So beware 4. The only positive I found is a. location and b. The food is very reasonable and good.

First hotel in life where payment has to be made at the time of check in. The room was spacious but not managed. I had to call the reception for hangers in the cupboard as not a single inside. No water kettle for hot water 😕. No calling bell. Breakfast was good.

Rude staff, greedy manager - Stay Away!! This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff and manager were shockingly rude and dismissive. They weren’t ready to listen to a single point I raised and treated me as if my concerns didn’t matter at all. It was clear they had no interest in customer service—just in making money. They have no respect for their guests, and their only goal is to trap people into paying for subpar service and then refuse to address any issues. It was a nightmare dealing with them, and they made me feel completely unwelcome. Do yourself a favor—DON’T fall into their trap. There are countless better options where you’ll be treated with respect and care. Avoid this place at all costs! To make things worse, I reached out to Agoda for help but they were equally useless. Its shocking how such platforms and hotels operate without any accountability.

The resort is very good and offers a lot of recreational activities, rooms are spacious and staff is very polite. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
