Located in quiet area of varanasi close to the mall. Food is very tasty service good. Ongoing maintenance of plumbing housekeeping needs improvement like hangers in bath rooms. Staff are courteous and eager to please.

Rooms are decent size. Bathroom really needs a fix. It was smelly after taking bath every single day. The drains were the source. The cleaners are also not good enough. Apart from these annoyance, it was an ok stay. Would I stay here again? No

We booked three rooms for three days, and I genuinely wish we hadn’t. To say our experience was “terrible” would be far too generous—it was an absolute nightmare. Sure, the rooms look spacious, but don’t let that deceive you. It’s all downhill from there. Let’s start with the bathrooms: rusted fixtures, no bucket, no mug, and no towels. When we requested these basic items, the staff seemed to operate on their own timeline. Four calls later, they finally brought them, conveniently when most of us were already asleep. The so-called amenities were a joke. The WiFi didn’t work, the TV was useless, and the intercom? Pure decoration. We had requested extra bedding well in advance, but evidently, the concept of preparation is beyond this hotel. After multiple calls they finally sent it. But again, didn’t get the pillows and blanket. The bedding wasn’t even comfortable. And then there’s the cleanliness - The kettle and cups were so filthy that even after the staff “cleaned” them, we wouldn’t dare use them. As if that wasn’t enough, there was no hot water in the morning. Clearly, comfort and hospitality are not priorities here. What baffles me is the 4.6-star rating. This place doesn’t even deserve a zero. If you’re considering staying here, let me save you the trouble: DON’T. Just don’t!
