Staff members specially Santosh and reception people are very helpful and cooperative. Food at the stay was awesome I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay and enchanting view

I would like to clarify this The check out was completed and paid for. you should have better communication established among your staff you should have asked me to wait before or during check out, not when i finish and leave, i suppose that is the standard practice across hotel industry, totally unacceptable from the hotel at this price point. To be withheld by your security after the payments are made and leaving that was embarrassing. The rooms we got were very basic and small compared to the rooms they have and also Was priced premium i don't think it was worth. Service was great, the food was awesome. Property is small but no complaints. Issue was after checkout, the security had locked the gates and was not allowing us to leave saying he needs clearance, a firt time experience in my 30yrs of travel. Treating guest like thief's totally un acceptable! Hence the 1 star..

The plan was to have a peaceful getaway from work. No mobile network and for sake internet coverage, but that's all right.. To begin with, we booked for a standard balcony room for Friday and Saturday but got 206 and 207 without one. The rooms were very small and suffocating. However, we were fine. The telecom kept dying throughout, and we had to go down, call the technician every time to fix for placing further orders, etc. However, we were fine. Had to follow up multiple times for filling the water bottles. However, we were fine. The food was good and kept us calm and adjusting. Until the checkout. We settled the bill, hardly feets away from the reception, we were stopped again rudely by watchman at the exit. He denied our exit until he received the clearance. Gates are absolutely closed. All of us are travelers, national and international, but this unacceptable behavior was 1st. It is clear that the management doesn't trust the customers. We just felt in prison, and every sacrifice we did for 2 days has become pointless.. Property is greenery yet worst experience ever. Worthless long drive! I will neva return or let any of my friends come visit this place. Be prepared, If you are planning to visit, hopefully the management will fix the communication gap, and the future visitors will have a better experience .
