I stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was hell. 1. There was a fly in my food, and the overall quality of food in general was also below average. It was definitely not a 5 star restaurant food. 2. Power cuts throughout the day and no power at all at nights. 3. WiFi was really bad, since our mobile networks were also not there. It was like we were stuck. 4. All the amenities they show on apps like Agoda are a scam. They have promised hair dryer, iron, mini fridge and nothing was there. 5. Water was seeping in all the rooms from the balcony window. 6. The General Manager at the property was super disrespectful and started shouting when we were raising our issues. Overall I would suggest no one to stay here.

The hotel was located in a beautiful spot with a mesmerising view. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The housekeeping cleaning can be much better as we found the room not to be fully cleaned and also the maintenance for walls as they had seepage. They do have a campfire with a DJ which can be enjoyed with family and friends. The recreation room needs to be fully equipped.

Rooms are good. But the room service is not worthy. Food is just average. You have restrictions to enjoy in swimming pool & camp fire. They just give priority to family guest. For bachelors I would advice not to visit. Location is not good. All tourist attractions are very far. You would waste time just to travel.

The location and the view from the resort is amazing. Staffs are friendly. Although there are couple of things that disappointed me. 1. There are no lifts. So if you are on the 3rd floor, you literally have to climb up all the way which is very tiring . 2. The food is below average and over priced. For bottled water, they charged me more than double the MRP . 3. We faced frequent Power cuts during our stay. 4. They have specific Pool timings which is nowhere mentioned in their website .They close the pool by 6:00PM and open only at 8:Am. Pros: 1 . They have kept the room and washroom very clean. 2. Infinity pool with amazing view . 3 Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The plan to stay in Shola Crown Resort was taken instantly since we had to change our existing plan due to rain in Kerala. Was recommended by one of my friends and we decided quickly after seeing the Google ratings. This is not the best place I have been, but this resort stands very good for that location. Rooms are well planned with the limited space they had and all the rooms are facing a beautiful hill view. We stayed in Duplex which is on the top floor of each block. The rooms were neat and clean. I loved the service provided by the team. Staffs are very friendly and interactive. They were available all the time and any requests on the phone they were quick. The food was also good and the restaurant was very flexible with our requirements. Overall we had an excellent stay which you expect from a holiday trip. I would highly recommend this resort if you are planning to stay in Bodimettu.
