We had pleasant stay at Sanctum! We had stayed in 2bhk flat and it was very spacious for group of people. Flats are very clean and well maintained. Location of this apartment is really good and surrounded with greenery. This is located very close to main city and has park space. Thank you Bhargav and team for this wonderful stay. We would recommend this stay as it is budget friendly and safe for everyone.

Wonderful place to stay with family. We stayed for two days in this service apartment. Staff is very good and cooperative. Excellent and neat rooms. I would like to refer this property for the people who want to stay with families. It is a perfect place to stay within the city. Good ambience. We personally enjoyed the stay here.

I booked direct over phone at ₹4700 (no meals) for a 2BHK unit. The apartment is quiet and very peaceful, although it is very close to the hub of the town and the hustle and bustle. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and properly furnished/equipped. Located centrally from all attractions around the town. The unit and the complete apartment were well maintained, neat and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Food can be ordered in or brought by yourself from the innumerable eateries on the main road. Service of the staff was perfect. The host and the staff were very proactive in communication and for any assistance. Open parking is available in front or in a ground opposite to the apartment, but not within the premises. Pro tip: Rooms 103 & 203 are the best because they have lovely, spacious, front-facing balconies. We spent countless hours sitting there and enjoying the peaceful monsoon charm. The balconies in the other rooms are nothing close to these. They are small and have no view. Even though we were 2 persons in the apartment, it was a great deal for the price. I like spacious rooms and it was indeed so. It can accommodate 4-6 persons in an apartment. I totally recommend. Suggestions: 1) Add a basic microwave in the kitchen. It comes cheap, but very handy. 2) Change the window blinds to black-out curtains. It cuts the light and adds beauty to the rooms.

I would highly recommend this apartment, especially for families, as it provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My family stayed here for one day. They had very good and comfortable time. All the amenities were provided and the owner was very helpful as well. The location is also in the city, so very accessible and tourist attractions are near by. Thanks Bhargava for hosting us!! :)
