The worst society I have spent my time as tenant. The society has no permanent electricity and the most corrupt maintenance team. The brokers are leeches and blood suckers along with the owners and no one cares a damn once you are in the society. No cleaning, filth all around and high maintenance charges. I advise all future occupants to speak to tenants before moving in. Few owners are hand in glove with maintenance and corruption is at the highest level. Electricity bill is charged at the whims and fancy of maintenance team. Pathetic service and society.

Has to be one of the worst societies in Noida,if not the worst. Builder got bankrupt and after insolvency this society has been handed over to an agency to run and they are not doing a good job. Frequent power cuts are a norm and lack of cleanliness is evident, even after frequent cuts electricity bill is high. You will find it very difficult to manage here specially in summers, getting stuck in a lift is common plus there is a serious risk of electric appliances getting damaged. I am moving out soon as I have burnt my hands....stay away from this nonsense if you can

I am writing to express my concerns about the current living conditions and services provided in our society(Logic blossom Zest). Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing due to several recurring issues: 1. Frequent Power Outages: The electricity supply is highly unreliable, with frequent power cuts happening multiple times a day. This is especially problematic during the hot summer months, making living conditions uncomfortable and unbearable. 2. Elevator Malfunctions: The elevator service is consistently problematic. The elevators often get stuck, and it’s not uncommon to wait for 10-20 minutes before it starts working again. This poses a significant inconvenience and a potential safety hazard. 3. Poor Maintenance: The overall maintenance of the society is subpar. Basic services and amenities are not being maintained properly, and this greatly affects our daily living experience. Given these persistent issues, I strongly believe that the quality of services provided in our society is not up to the mark compared to other societies in the area. The current state of affairs is unacceptable and needs immediate attention and resolution. I hope that the management will take these complaints seriously and take prompt action to improve the living conditions and services in our society.

The accessibility is the key point for this location. Limited amount of housing projects also make is less crowded as compared to other locations in Noida like Noida extension. Just that the pace of development has been extremely slow due to turndown situation of real estate but its going to be better in coming years I believe.

Electricity is a huge mess here and its not stable. Tower C needs cleaning at the bottom part. So much of waste are thrown from above and need cleaning. Flies are a issue. Interiors are not much good. Will request for permission through app for guests to come in at the security gate which is a good part. Will get electric rickshaws outside for better commuting.
