About Property

Himalaya Homes Stay is located in Purkal, Uttarakhand., The place is in mountain ranges of himalaya in Uttarakhand, We provide very comfortable and peaceful stay to our guests. Its a Group of local houses in Soud village those are very similar and wooden. Ots an intiative which I have established for bringing tourism in the village since 2015. We also arrange Treks n Trails in mountain and villages, Skiing, and volunteer programs in organic farms in mountain here. Where one can explore surrounding nature, while living with our families and experience our village, local community, culture and traditions here.

Property Rules

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

The guest is required to follow the hotel policies for No Smoking Policy or dress code for pool or party.

Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of no response from the customer.

Our 3 nights at Himalaya home stay were phenomenal and we couldn't have asked for more. It is a wonderful location in the lap of nature.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with providing any assistance needed. Rooms were clean and in good condition. Shout out to chef for wonderful meal they provided us through out our stay.
