Please spare yourself from the horror and find other decent economical places to stay! Rent quoted - Rs 1,800 per night which in my opinion is not worth it when you face issues below (I also negotiated only a bit): - Pests in the kitchen - red ants in the kitchen, cockroaches on utensils - how can you even think of cooking here - Bathroom - found cockroach in the pot and spiders on the wall of the bathroom - Wifi on ground floor has very bad reception - TV remote given after a day with dead batteries - Fan was either working at high speed or very low speed, I complained on day one and no solution was given until I got my room changed - Water went off while taking the shower, came after 2-3 hours, blamed the government wattage short circuit, god knows what. After 2 days, same thing happened On a vacation you want peace of mind and not such horror! And this I am saying after 7 nights of the stay.

Very very beautiful and clean rooms, cozy vibe with all facilities available. The property owner is really sweet, she will take good care of you. Highly recommended for families. Just 2 km from colva beach. Perfect 👍🏻

Cozy AC rooms with a fully equipped kitchen. We stayed for 4nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Quiet locality shaded with trees. Mostly local residential homes around so the place was very quiet and peaceful. Sernabatim beach is about 10-15min walking and is a perfect spot for morning beach walks. Colva is about 20min walking where all types of shops and eateries are available and Benaulim, Betalbatim are a few min drive away if one wants to visit less crowded places.

Excellent stay!!! We stayed there for 9 days during the Christmas and new year. The hostess Ms Yolanda was extremely helpful and went above n beyond for our comfortable stay. The place is close to the beach and most importantly the area is very very peaceful. The property followed all the Covid protocols. Home made sweets on Christmas and providing hand sanitizer, sending filtered water every day was great move. The room was neat and clean and had been cleaned by them when we were out, which is very rare to see in home stays. It had all the daily needing appliances. Overall we had a great experience at Casa Yolanda. Great hospitality!!!

This place was the best part of our entire trip, we were amazed by the way Ms. Yolanda took care of our stay, she is such a humble and polite lady, helped us with all our enquiries, managed everything we needed. The hotel is located in btween colva and benaulim very very close to these two beaches, lovely surrounding to stay in, the rooms were cleaned every alternative days, all the beedsheets and towels were replaced with clean and fresh ones. The room had all the important stuff like geyser, washing machine, gas ,utensils, fridge. Such a homely place to stay. I will not search for any places in goa next time, casa yolanda will be my first choice always. Thanks Ms. yolanda we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, you are a sweet and amazing lady. Lots of love❤❤❤
