Its a sleepy village with zero pollution. I visited the place this month of November along with my family. I loved every bit of my stay there. My kids liked the activities which was an added attraction for them. We went for a short trek till the waterfall and were served tea and snacks which was refreshing. If you like to meditate, this place is an absolute paradise. You can feel the clean air entering your lungs. You have to be there to feel this kind of an experience. Food was great. Kids couldn't believe the resort offered Pizza made in their desi oven. Vinshar has courteous staff, clean resort, premium location and good food. What more do you need on a vacation. I recommend this place to all without giving it a second thought.

It is 5 hours drive from Shimla and having explored all nearby places near Shimla,I assure you it is surely not worth the travel.More than 45 km of Road is Single,so you will have extremely challenging terrain on your way to property. It's a basic mudhouse property with leaking taps,no power back ups,no amenities except for basic bedding . The property chef is a local guy who makes good food but is totally unhygienic,infact I found flies in my food twice .Dont dare to visit kitchen otherwise you shall puke. Waterfall being the biggest attraction is just to witness from far away,Water is too cold to step in and some peculiar bugs/mosquitoes bit my entire family ,we had to consult doctors for 2 months to get some relief, same was with other fellow families who were residing with us.We all have vowed never to return back. Avoid and look for better opportunities available in plenty in and around Shimla.

The place is good, however it is very far inside main roads.

The calm nature and the blissful place with make you fall in love with this place. No words to describe the beauty of bagha sarahan. You can trek to nearby bishleo pass if you want to see the valley from higher ranges. Overall its a must visit place.
