I recently stayed at Silvanus, and unfortunately, my experience was quite mixed, aligning with many of the reviews I've read. The most concerning issue was the poor service. Despite explaining the health concerns of my 1-year-old child, the staff insisted on charging extra for the free breakfast to be delivered to our room. This lack of empathy and flexibility was quite disappointing. Additionally, the pool was in a terrible state. It was dirty, and the staff decided to clean it while guests were already swimming, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. The parking arrangements were also poorly managed, causing unnecessary stress. The behavior of the staff was another major issue. They seemed untrained and often came across as rude, which made the stay feel more like a 2-star experience rather than the higher standard you would expect for the amount charged. Overall, the resort needs significant improvements in service quality, staff training, and facility maintenance to justify the price. Until these changes are made, I would hesitate to recommend it.

The most HORRENDOUS experience one can ever have !!! Please don't get befooled by the fancy images over the internet. It is nowhere close to it . The rooms and the services are Pathetic. It's not even average. One will only regret by paying such a hefty amount. The monkeys were jumping over the roof , there was frequent powercuts in an hour ( it took 15 mins for the power to come back every time , in an hour there were 3-4 power cuts ), the chicken that we ordered was half cooked , there was no alloted space for parking ( you are supposed to park it under any random coconut tree) , no network , no dth recharge on the tv ,there was no proper staff to carry luggage ( only a househelp lady will assist you ) . It shows full occupancy when you will be booking it online but the whole resort was empty even on the weekend. Please don't spend your hard earned money on this pathetic place . We had such traumatic experience that we had to check out in an hour .

No maintenance of rooms. Food quality good but way too much above price compared to quality and quantity. Insects problem, electricity problem, air conditioning problem, hot water availability issue. Staff even didn’t offer free water bottles on check out.

There was no proper management at buffet breakfast where people had to stand on the staff head to get the things. They had told family room, there I see 2 single beds joined where it had gap in between, very inconvenient. Ac was also not functioning properly which was brought to the reception people but they didn't do anything. Overall, the resort needs significant improvements in service quality, staff training, and facility maintenance to justify the price. Until these changes are made, I would hesitate to recommend it.

True to its name, it has been created on the foothills with lots of forestation area. It's actually quite here. Rooms are large and can accommodate 4-6 adults easily. Food and recreational activities are good. If only they improve the bathrooms I guess. My check in process was very smooth and faster. Just a recommendation to the management to bring variety to their breakfast buffet.
