A pretty decent property for business/ family. Rooms are of good size as compared to other properties in this price. Food is great and its tasty also as compared to other hotels where food is bland. I paid 3800 AI , and its truly worth it. They have a small bar also , and a decent sized meeting room too. Cheers to life. Shrey.17feb

Located on highway but entrance is from backside which is a residential colony. Parking is on ground floor and hotel rooms start from 1st floor. The parking space is a little tricky as there are many pillars in between. Guard is there to assist you. Most of times you have to give car keys because haphazard parking demands so. I really doubt that in case of a party or marriage function they will be able to manage parking effectively. Room was spacious and everything was functioning but there are a major problem of cleanliness. You can see photos of space below bed. Linen is also not so great looking. I think Lemon tree quality is just like that every where in India. Didn't try the food here. Parcelled it from Pizza hut . Their pizza was fine but pasta grossly abnormal. Hot water was available 24/7 in washroom. Service is good but lacks finnesse.

One of my worst experiences. The parking is cramped. And you need assistance to park in or out. The staff is terrible. First they said I don't have any pending outstanding during checkout but after an hour I receive a call that I have pending bill. I had to drive back 40 min to solve the issue. Lastly, I asked for a hand towel and the staff said they don't provide hand towel. Lastly, they don’t have any respect for anyone. Look at the so called jokes they have posted in men washroom. Highly recommended to not stay here.

Below are noticeable points here. 1. Rooms are neat and clean. 2. Gym is available. 3. Laundry service available. 4. Wheel chair entrance. 5. Car parking facility available. 6. Breakfast is good in taste. 7. Swimming pool available. Some observation. 1. AC was not working well for whole night, may be because of location.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was highly unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. The level of hygiene was shockingly poor: Unhygienic Environment: There was a terrible smell coming from the kettle in the room. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Secondly Cockroach Infestation: To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, the environment was super unhygienic, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This hotel needs serious improvements in both cleanliness and staff training
