Overall, I had a pleasant experience, especially with the exceptional food prepared and served by Mr. Harpreet. The meals were delicious and definitely added to the enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the room was comfortable and met my expectations.However, I must mention that the swimming pool was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, it was very unclean during the evening of our stay, which was a downside to an otherwise enjoyable visit.I hope this feedback is helpful for your future guests. Thank you for the hospitality overall.

hotel was a delightful experience, offering a spacious room with all the amenities you could ask for at a reasonable rate. The diverse food options catered to the international guests and were of high quality. While the restaurant service varied, with exceptional attention during lunch and dinner, breakfast was a bit disorganized, requiring multiple attempts to get a simple coffee until the manager stepped in. The pool area is still under construction, but the open section is charming, and once the bar restaurant is operational, it will be even better. However, the standout feature was the exceptional service from Parvin at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our trip was truly unforgettable. We are incredibly grateful for her efforts in making our stay so memorable.

Very pleasant hotel, we had a spacious room with everything you would expect at a reasonable price. The food was varied to suit the multinational clientele and was very good. Restaurant service was variable with excellent and very attentive service at lunch and dinner, but a bit chaotic at breakfast where it took us several attempts and nearly half an hour to get a coffee, finally enlisting the help of the manager. The pool area is still being finalised, but the main area that is open is lovely and it will be fantastic when the bar restaurant area is serving. However , the main praise goes to front of house where Parvin went above and beyond to make arrangements that were absolutely trip defining for us, we cannot thank her enough for making our visit so special.

Rooms were pretty good. Room service was great and breakfast was good. The worst issue is the housekeeping and the receptionist. When we reached the hotel, there was no one to pick the luggage in the so called 5 star but 2 star service. Then we went to the reception and found that swimming pool was out of service. Initially we called the hotel and they said that would be available, but after reaching there the receptionist started arguing who was calling herself the manager.

The property is located on the highway. They need to provide a dedicated space for parking. there is no valet, considering that it is a 5 star they should have one. one has to carry the luggage on his own. the food quality and buffet spread is really excellent. The chef takes care of any special needs. The room was large and quiet comfortable. The room service provides all the requirements but needs to be quick to respond. The swimming pool area is not manned and even towel is not available. If they take care of some basic points then it can be an excellent place to stay.
