First of all there is a delay in check in though I paid in advance for the booking and it made me wait for half an hour...Secondly they didn't even provide a key or card for the room and I need to ask for it even. The room had no towels or coffee sachets or coffee cups etc., I need to ask and follow up for all of these... The property was good and we enjoyed the swimming pool. In the morning there is a current cut and there is no power back up. No hot water was coming in the bathroom and I needed to follow up for the same. Later water is not coming and I need to complain and follow up for it. Finally breakfast was not delivered until 10 am despite following up 3 times with the same excuse .. Finally received the breakfast 10.15 am and taste was good...Property is good but service is bad... Staff is polite in answering but not prompt in arranging the required service ... Overall okay kind of stay and treebo is not even ready to compensate for the inconvenience....

The place is just so beautiful and calm amidst the rush of Bhubaneswar. The location is accessible and in prime locality which makes it easier to commun. Above all the view makes the place worth a visit.

I recently stayed at Greenland Resort for a day, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The pricing of this property is unbeatable for the quality and services provided. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all amenities, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The resorts outdoor pool, which was perfect for relaxation and fun. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were extremely gentle and polite. The room service food was delicious, offering a variety of delectable options. The location of the resort is another highlight – it's situated in a tranquil area, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Greenland Resort is a gem, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay at an affordable price. I look forward to returning for a longer visit soon! Thanks for the amazing time.

Yes it's great property. I enjoyed so much time their swimming pool. Mostly staff and managers responsibility is so good
