My stay at Hotel Siddharth Elite by Treebo was truly disappointing, and unfortunately, it ranks among the worst experiences I’ve had, especially with a Treebo property. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. They seemed uninterested in their guests and lacked basic courtesy. Every time we made a request, it was met with a dismissive attitude, as if we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The condition of the rooms was just as bad. They were outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures online. Cleanliness was definitely lacking, and the whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming. To make things worse, the food was terrible. It was bland, lacked freshness, and was nowhere near the quality you’d expect for what we paid. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, bad food, and uncomfortable rooms made for a very disappointing experience. Treebo should really reconsider keeping this property under their brand if they care about their reputation.

This is by far one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at, especially under the Treebo brand. First and foremost, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. The rooms were in terrible condition. The interiors were outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was shown in the photos online. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the overall ambiance was far from welcoming. To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The quality was subpar, and it lacked both taste and freshness. We expected better, especially given the price point. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, bad food, and uncomfortable rooms made for a thoroughly disappointing experience. Treebo seriously needs to reevaluate this property if they care about their reputation.

Nice place to stay, better experience with the staff polite and behaviour. Food they can do better for breakfast.

Rooms spacious,neat and clean, daily cleaning done. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast being repeated menu. Some fresh fruits and other dishes like idli, poha may be introduced

Wost hotel, worst staff and worst experience staying there a sheer waste of money. There are a lot of better hotels around that area, avoid staying in a shabby hotel.
