This hotel is inside a Mall with very few shops opened (MAX, KFC) This hotel rooms are on level 6&7. Staff is not professional, room are new and bigger size but can be more properly maintained. They offered a room which is not properly cleaned, I asked to change the towel, bedsheet. Hot water for shower is available immediately. Limited food options, no free breakfast, very less good food options available outside the property. They asked extra money for GST bills.

This is worst hotel i ever seen. They not given clean room, after checkin they cleaned the room. dust bin not cleared. This looks like 2 star hotel.

Highly disappointing! Rude management and receptionist! I checked into one of the rooms here couple days back. I had called 1 hour prior and informed the receptionist properly to check if the room was clean. The reception ensured that the room was super clean and ready to checkin. But when I checked in, the room was highly unclean and was in a horrible condition. All the room floors and bed were full of hair. Bathrooms were full of pubic hair. After looking at the pathetic condition of the room, I requested a different room and the receptionist was rude and didn't show any concern. They said they would do a complete clean up. I waited for 1.5 - 2 hours for the room to get cleaned up. And even after that, the room was in the same horrible condition. The receptionist or the Manager didn't show any concern or empathy to the room's condition and ultimately I had to vacate the room with my wife at 11 pm. Would advice everyone to stay away from this hotel!

It is a great place to stay, clean and has every amenities we want, friendly staffs, nice city view from the room, i would definitely consider this stay once again...!
