Got the room booked via phone at their helpline number and hotel refused to give room for 4 people. Per them 3 people are allowed. If u pay extra they were ok to give the room and finally we have to leave the hotel and no room was provided. Rude behavior of receptionist. Pathetic.

Not recommended at all due to following reasons: 1) Rude Staff 2)Unprofessional staff 3)Greedy Manager 4)Zero focus on customer satisfaction 5)Uncooperative behaviour of staff including the manager 6)Inhuman behaviour and lack of concern towards old age customers 7) Their satisfaction lies in troubling the guests I can quote various other reasons as well but I think this much is enough to make others understand about their services.

We visited for birthday party . The location was amazing for day and night both ,decor was good, food was good, liked the services , you guys can also connect for a budget friendly parties 🤗❤️

Worst service, the hotel staff is really rude and unprofessional. We really faced a lot of issues in our recent visit. They charge for unutilised services and start blackmailing that we won’t let you checkout untill you pay. They denied to provide the basic service of keeping our luggage in the vehicle. We have been customer of Treebo since long but this particular hotel is not at all recommended.
