I was blown away by the huge size of the room. While it was a 2-bed room, it could easily accommodate up to 5 beds. The room itself was very nicely done and kept clean. There was nothing I could ask for as every thing I needed was already provided. The staff and their services were exceptional. This hotel is really a luxury hotel at a budget price. The overall ambience presented a happy and upbeat vibe. My 3 day stay turned out to be more pleasant than expected.

Stayed here on the very first day. 1st jan 2025. Please don't waste your money on this hotel. They are pathetic. Staff is illiterate. They have very bad service. Doors for room are broken and locks are missing or torned out. Reception staff Mr abhishek and miss anjala they both are pathetic. Lack of knowledge,bad behaviour and zero literacy. Rooms are smelly, Bedsheets are old and not changed, Toilet is messy, Toileteries are missing, Towels are missing, Even Staff is missing, Stay is very very bad. They don't even have staff for car park and carry your luggage yourself to the room and vice versa. Not a property to get a 4star. Zero star. Simply avoid them.

Stayed at redfox for 2 weeks on official visit. Good hotel.... buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner was good.... they tried to prepare different variety of food as we were there for 2 weeks... very courteous staff.... everyday they clean the room nicely... overall very happy with the service provided by the hotel .... will surely recommend.

Highly disappointed with the stay. Despite being 4 star hotel , there was no valet parking. We opted for business class room , room was not clean , no hand towel and toiletries were there in washroom. Coffee mugs were dirty. Door lock were so old and damaged , they got stucked when we entered the room in evening. Even for room services we called multiple times so that they can address for concerns and requirements during our stay however they were addressed after half and hour after multiple calls. No bell boy was there for luggage during checkout

I have visited here for business trip room is spacious and ambience is also good, however basic amenties is not there without calling on front desk. Breakfast is also very good
