Absolutely loved our stay at Daksh the grand gobardhan.. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city. The hotel's food was very delicious. We can't wait to come back for a longer visit. And the front office staff soumen biswas's behaviour is very impressive and friendly.. Good job 👍🏻 Overall I am very satisfied to stay this hotel...

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our visit to Dwarka. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located conveniently close to the Dwarkadhish Temple, making it easy to attend the morning and evening aartis. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with local directions and temple timings. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all basic amenities like clean bathrooms, air-conditioning, and good Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dwarka, whether for pilgrimage or leisure. It truly made our short trip comfortable and memorable! Special Thanks to Yash bhai.

New property which needs a huge maintenance work!! Unfortunately I had very bad experience at this property. Rooms are designed badly, even wardrobe can’t be opened completely! Water in washroom was dirty all the time! Issue was not resolved even after multiple complaints. Washroom had motion sensing lights which were not functioning correctly. You have to keep moving even on the toilet seat to keep light ON as it turned off every 10 seconds! Wash basin was also dirty which you can not use while brushing. Sadly management seemed very bad for customer complaints. Sharing this experience from my recent stay in October-2025.

NO HOT WATER FACILITY. Rooms are good. Hygiene wise and spacious dulex rooms for 2-3 persons. No hot water facility available in any of the rooms. Even if you tell them to do it. They will say 10 min me chalu hoga. And nothing happens. I stayed here for 2 nights 3 days. Didn't get hot water even after complaining multiple times.

Two of us visited for Lunch on 03 Jan. We were told to wait for 15 min however, after half and hour four five guests who came after us were taken in. When asked why so, the manager very rudely told us that there is only one table for two and it is occupied. When asked why didn’t he told us that they have only one table for two. He aggressively told that he can’t make them get up. Whereas, the point was not making space for but being honest about seats availability. Poor service and high headed behaviour by owner/manger. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
