1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

9. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

10. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

I had the misfortune of staying at this resort, and it was a truly nightmarish experience. First of all, the staff seemed untrained and no interest to attending to guests. The so-called "luxury amenities" were a joke. The restaurant was dirty, The on-site restaurant served overpriced, tasteless food that left me longing for a fast food joint.But the real icing on the cake was the worst service. If you need anything from staff it will take minimum 1 hrs. In short, this resort is a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Save your money and stay far, far away from this place.

One of the best resorts accommodations in the region of Kutch-Saurashtra. A perfect resort with very nice ambience, rajputana structures, spacious rooms, big garden space, a large swimming pool, and a delicious restaurant. Very huge green space in the dessert is something you will cherish for. Courteous staff. Great experience to stay here.

Great location, really pleasant and clean room. Staff was very helpful without forgetting the front desk lady with her welcoming smile make us feel at home. It will be more better if u change your checking out time . Highly recommended

If they are arranging garba night which were supposed to play music till late night, they should inform the customers who are planning to stay in rooms at the hotel. Due to this event there was a total mismanagement. Rooms and property is very good. But staff is sad.
