Nice place to stay and will feel like staying in my own home. Mostly recommended place. And the staffs are very good and friendly in nature. And the best thing of this hotel is the food quality.

2 days was great, no disturbance and very friendly and good staff who corporate with guest. And, complimentary breakfast was too big and too good. Loved the humbleness and would recommend everyone to book their stay at Umal home stay. A 5star stay indeed..

We stayed here six days for my treatment. It was our great experience in Umal Homestay. Everything is fine here. The location, food, hospitality, management and cleanliness was very adorable. The staff was very cooperative and kind.

Cant point out no wrongs in my 14 days stay at umal. Rooms and toilets neat and clean..Food’s homely..Location is in city’s navel yet away from all the hustle bustle and pandemonium a city symbolizes and a city dwellers endures. And the most worthy mention should be of the staffs umal have..From the parking attendant to the receptionist to the room service and even the owner were courteousness personified. The property manager Mr. Manab Kalita and the team sure deserve applauds. I am sure to stay again and recommend others.

They had fabulous service, the people of the homestay are very courteous and kind. They even listened to my father's suggestions about the water stains and took it in a very positive manner. He really enjoyed his stay here and as a senior citizen he was even felicitated with a gamusa! Thank you so much for your wonderful service! Looking forward to making this a favourite, given they put a little work in renovations 😃
