I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff’s behaviour was truly commendable—everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to help. My check-in was smooth and right on time, which I really appreciated after a long journey. Every request I made was handled quickly and efficiently. A special mention to Kunal Singh at the front reception. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. Check-in was smooth, and I was welcomed with genuine hospitality. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with attention to every detail. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities made the stay feel luxurious. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my visit. The location is perfect-convenient and peaceful at the same time. I also thoroughly enjoyed the food; breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety .

Maybe the location of the hotel is the only saving grace about this place. Everything else...well saying below standard is like giving them a five star rating. It's utterly filthy. At first they don't respect your time, they will constantly lie to you to stall you into sitting there so that their hotel feels full. Secondly, since me and my family visited Haridwar on December, it was quite cold. We needed warm water and they had conveniently forgot to tell us that their warm water system has been damaged and dilapidated for quite sometime. Third is their food and my Lord, how can they make something as simple as Dal or Chole so bad! Their catering service in the buffet is equally awful! Like they will come to attend you, hear your needs and then forget about you like you're the last century! This has been my overall experience with every hotel which was connected with DLS Hotels. Every hotel was worse than the previous ones we stayed. So anyone wondering to visit this one do keep in mind of their "FIRST CLASS" OOPS... SORRY MY BAD...THIRD CLASS SERVICE! whenever you're visiting with your family.

The restaurant left a very good impression on me. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, making it a nice place to spend time and enjoy a meal. The food served was absolutely delicious — every dish was prepared with great taste and attention to detail, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most, apart from the food, was the service. All the staff members were extremely polite, cooperative, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their friendly behavior and quick service added extra value to the whole experience. Altogether, it was a wonderful visit with tasty food and excellent hospitality, and I would definitely love to come back again.

Some reality check about this hotel. Don't get fooled or carried away by the 4.8 rating, it's not even worth of 1 star . Basically it doesn't qualify for any star at all it definitely qualifies for black hole. Now coming to why I am saying like this. First of all we stayed for 1 night at let me tell you it's a total nightmare. No towels in rooms, washrooms as clean as that of payment and use toilets of railway stations, foods are ok...and by ok I mean u won't have issues digesting the foods, don't even ask me about the tastes. Now the hotel might suggests itself a 4 star property but it's equivalent to the cheapest most oyo available at your locality. We are supposed to check out at 9.30 am sharp for Delhi. I was waiting in towel from 7:30am with a hope that some assistance would arrive from management side as i complained about missing of hot water...but on 8:20 they assured me a bucket of hot water as their hot water system collapsed but that mysterious bucket of hot water never reached my room whatsoever. By the way all the guests in the hotel were so pissed that the front desk guys didn't even dare to ask for reviews while guests were checking out. Now we are leaving for Delhi without getting fresh as our timings are strict and we can't afford any more delays. God bless those people who might choose to stay here.
