Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel ever. Location is not good. Car parking is far away and they don't support the guests for parking also. The hotel is not a drive in place and you need yo walk down in narrow/dirty streets to reach it.We were told that rooms are good and we trusted them and paid them advance. When we reached there and saw the rooms, they were totally full with smell of damping/ Moisture (wall seelan). When we asked for refund, they refused initially and requested us to adjust. When we didn't agreed and asked for refund again, they tried upgrading us to another better room. At the time of booking we asked for extra bedding for our kids and this hotel calls carpets as extra bedding. We were 3 families with kids and were totally surprised to see how can a so called 4 star property can even think of offering this kind of treatment to a guest. When we totally retaliated and strongly asked for refund, one of their rude staff came and said to their receptionist "De na inke paise wapas". It was so pathetic and when we asked him how are you talking. So he said iam talking to my staff, not with you. They took all advance from us in Bank transfer and refunded us back with cash (Total Fraud) It was totally a very bad experience and we will never stay or suggest this hotel to anyone. If you still wish to explore this hotel, then I can only say "May god be with you".

I recently stayed at ECCO Antarman Hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the railway station, which made travel extremely easy. What impressed me the most was their private Ganga ghat – it offers a peaceful and exclusive experience that you don’t usually find everywhere. It’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spiritual vibe of Rishikesh. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall ambiance of the property feels premium and calm. The staff was polite, helpful, and ensured that every service was delivered smoothly. Overall, it was a great stay with excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rishikesh for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Beautiful location near the Ganga . Calm and peaceful 😌 but food could be better and rooms are not maintained well . Will this be another choice when we come back may be no because they lack some basics like - 1. Providing water bottle 1 litre per person they rethink and say we can give only 2 500 ml water per room though we are paying for triple occupancy . 2. The extra bed they provide is a it a quality you expect also there deluxe and executive rooms are not designed for triple occupancy and they should not advise guests too and the room is too very small . 3 . The rooms and rest rooms are super dusty and needs more cleaning for the kind of money they are charging they could do better work through service . 4. I would highly recommend the owner or the person running the property to re consider rhe way they are operating it they could do much better job and excel rather the level which they are operating at now .

Very disappointing experience at Ecko Antarnam, Haridwar. We paid an advance amount and were informed that only three basic rooms were available, which we accepted. However, upon arrival, the rooms provided were in poor condition and had a strong damp/seepage smell. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the staff suggested using room freshener, which is not a solution to a room with moisture and odor problems. Before our arrival, we were also assured that extra bedding would be provided. What we received was only a very thin mattress, which was far from adequate and did not meet expectations. When we raised concerns about the room condition and requested either a room change or a refund, the staff were uncooperative and argumentative rather than helpful. Initially, they insisted that no other rooms were available. Later, after considerable discussion, they suddenly offered to "upgrade" our rooms, which contradicted their earlier claim that no rooms were left. The entire experience reflected poor customer service, lack of transparency, and failure to honor commitments made during booking. I would advise future guests to confirm all promises in writing and carefully consider other accommodation options before booking here.
