Our stay at Noah’s Ark Jaipur, booked through Elivas, was nothing short of disastrous and I would urge anyone considering this property to think twice before booking. The photos online are highly misleading, clearly taken when the place was newly built, while the current reality is one of poor upkeep and neglect. The rooms were dirty, linen stained, and to make matters worse, we even found bed bugs. The kitchen was shockingly unequipped for a group of 10 — we had to keep rewashing the same bowls and spoons just to manage dinner. Food was mediocre at best, with breakfast prepared the night before, left uncovered all night, and then served to us in the morning. On top of this, there were constant power cuts, and the so-called backup barely worked, leaving us frustrated for hours. When we highlighted these issues, the owners were completely unhelpful, offering nothing more than a casual “sorry.” For the steep price charged, this property is absolutely not worth it — our trip was ruined, and I strongly advise against wasting your money here.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Property at All Costs! One of the worst stays we've ever had. Completely mismanaged and not worth even half the price. No Power Backup: There was no electricity the entire night. The caretaker was nowhere to be found when needed. We had to repeatedly call him, and when he finally showed up, it turned out there was no diesel for the generator! How can a property not have basic backup power arrangements? Filthy Conditions: The food was prepared in the most unhygienic manner imaginable. Dirty utensils, messy kitchen – we couldn't even trust the water. To make it worse, the linens were stained and smelled awful, and the rooms reeked of dampness and neglect. Overpriced Rip-Off: This place is massively overpriced for the kind of “service” you get – which is basically none. Apart from collecting a security deposit, Elivaas offered no support or help whatsoever. It’s a joke to even call it a hospitality service. Zero Professionalism: There was absolutely no professionalism – no proper check-in, no help, and no communication. Everything had to be chased after. It felt like we were squatting in an abandoned building. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even for free. A complete waste of money and time. Elivaas should be ashamed of putting their name behind such a disaster.

We had a truly pathetic experience at this property despite paying nearly ₹40,000 for just one night. From the moment we arrived, basic hygiene was missing — the bedsheets were dirty, the utensils and glasses hadn’t been cleaned properly, and even the pool was unfit for use. The nightmare began at 1 am when the electricity went off, and to our shock the power backup didn’t work because the generator had no diesel. We had to wake the caretaker in the middle of the night, and even after he went searching for diesel at 2:30 am, the first-floor rooms remained without fans or lights until 6 am. With two kids, this was nothing short of torture. The kitchen was poorly stocked, with not even a full set of utensils for six people, and breakfast was appalling — food like sambar was cooked the previous night and simply served in the morning. When we tried to raise these issues with the owner and Elivas, all we got was a casual “sorry” and no effort to refund or compensate us for the ordeal. This property is highly misrepresented in the photos, and the reality is far from what is shown. A terrible place and a complete waste of money — I would strongly warn others against booking it.

It was one of the worst experiences I ever had, wherein just after entering, rather than welcoming, pressure is there on when to have lunch, dinner, no flexibility of any kind. Photographer was done through you guys and have not been so disappointed with photography and videography as I am right now. You guys just spoiled our overall function. No doubt property is good however it is of no use if you guys can not provide service. Earlier booking was cancelled just 12 hours before the checkin and with request we agreed to move to next day however rather than making up for the experience, there was a different attitude. While we were in pool, no staff was there to support us for cake arrangements or anything. Only positive thing was chef. Rest all, I won’t recommend.

The villa gives you enough room — three good-sized bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a balcony/terrace. Ideal for family life: guest room, kids’ room, maybe an office. Everything feels airy with good ventilation and natural light streaming in during the mornings.Quieter zones, greener surroundings, less pollution, more open space are appreciated by people wanting to live outside the hustle. Areas slightly further out tend to offer this.
