Since the property is relatively new, every facility is modern, well-maintained, and of top-notch quality. We booked a suite with two bedrooms, and both rooms were exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean. Our package included half-board, so we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the resort. The food was absolutely delicious—far superior in taste to what we’ve experienced at many high-end hotels. However, the buffet selection was somewhat limited: breakfast lacked basic items like bread, butter, jam, and bakery products, while dinner offered very few dessert options. The on-site restaurant serves only vegetarian cuisine. That said, given the resort’s budget-friendly pricing, the limited variety is easily overlooked, especially when the flavors are this impressive.

Beautiful Property Let Down by Poor Dining Experience ​The property itself is brand new and in excellent condition. We found the rooms to be spacious and the stay facilities top-notch. However, the restaurant was a major disappointment. It is strictly vegetarian with a very limited, poorly prepared menu. ​The service was particularly concerning. Despite only 3–4 tables being occupied, the staff seemed unmotivated. When we requested a fresh lime soda, the manager claimed they lacked the manpower to make it. If the Pride Group doesn't address the restaurant management soon, guests are unlikely to return.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I mistakenly made a booking for 15th–16th February and cancelled it immediately after realizing the error. The cancellation was done instantly, leaving no practical scope for loss to the hotel. Despite this, the hotel refused to process the refund, rigidly hiding behind a “non-refundable policy” without considering the genuine nature of the situation. Policies are meant to protect businesses from misuse, not to penalize customers for honest mistakes corrected immediately. The lack of empathy and unprofessional handling of the situation reflects very poorly on their customer service standards. Well, ₹4000 is a significant amount. The hotel’s insensitive behavior and unwillingness to act fairly have left a very negative impression. Would not recommend, especially if you expect basic understanding and customer support.

Cleanest rooms i have ever seen in my travel experience. The bed is super comfy, the rooms are spacious. I booked deluxe king rooms and they offered great amenities, washrooms, view and much more. I had my grandmother with me so it was very comfortable for her. Fabulous and quick Room service.

My stay at Pride Resort Jodhpur was absolutely wonderful. The ambiance is elegant and peaceful, the rooms are spotless, and the service is top-class. The food quality and presentation were excellent. The staff made the stay very comfortable and memorable. Will definitely visit again.
