We recently visited here.. and my experience is very bad.. as they steal my sister's cash and some valuable stuff... i just want to suggest all beware they are scamers.. first they agree with all terms you want.. and then they denies them one by one.... esye nhi hota vese nhi hota...

rooms are very spaceious. Outside view are awesome. . You can see, Whole Pahadi of Vaishnodevi from hotel room. AC and Geezer are provided.

Don't go to this hotel very bad experience. Not good staff neither clean rooms and unhygienic. Small rooms.

Very bad experience. After the advance booking and advance payment also they are not ready with rooms. After the booking of 3 rooms we have got 1 room at the time of arrival and another room we got when we return back after having darshan of mata. They still were not prepared with 3 rooms. Not every room has heaters. They don't have extra blankets. The bathroom doors are not closing properly. They just make fool of their customers. Very bad services of this hotel. Not recommended at all.

One of the worst hotels in Katra. I Booked this hotel at less price but during checkin they were asking for extra charges. I didn't find any alternative options and at last I've paid the extra amount. I Booked an AC room and they cut off electricity at midnight. What rubbish !!!!! When I tried to call them their phones were also dead. Don't ever book this hotel if you want your peaceful trip
