Very worst experience. Don't prefer 1. Receptionist had no respect with customers. 2. Basic things like towel not provided. 3.its located in very top. There is no service provide like drop in to room. 4. Myself and my wife and 4 years kid went by walk around 1 km in sliding rampo. 5. Food cost is too high not that much worth. Very worst taste.

Visited in June '23. Breathtaking view from the balcony at night. Peaceful and a quiet place. I'd ordered fried rice and noodles, those were delicious. The ambience is great. Bathroom was smaller than what I would have preferred. They had provided shampoo and soap, a hai dryer to use during the stay. Furniture and bedding was nice. It seemed a little away from the city centre. But it's a reprieve to be away from the bustling crowd.

Rooms are very Neat and the Balcony view is Awesome. Food was delicious at the hotel except for Only 1 thing we didn't like in the food is We ordered Roti but it was too hard and unable to eat. They arrange Cabs too for sightseeing. Hotel is 4 km from the City Centre but they have arranged a cab for Pickup but it is worth it. Bathroom tap water was Brownish most of the time, Hotel team needs to check that

I booked and stayed in the resort for 2 days with my family. The view from the resort was awesome. Food in the resort is not up to mark, better to eat outside instead of having there. Service was bit slow and the road to reach rooms was too slop that its bit difficult to drive in 2WD car.

I recently visited the hotel in May 2024 for a family trip. Although I have stayed at this hotel several times due to their previously excellent service, this visit was a complete disappointment. The hotel's location remains stunning, but the quality of the complimentary breakfast has drastically declined. It was so poor that we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere. However, the taste and quality of the food improve when you pay for lunch or dinner. Additionally, the room service was subpar; we had to call multiple times for simple requests, such as a cup or hot water. Furthermore, the charges for meals were exorbitant. For example, a cup of coffee cost 100 plus GST. Choose this hotel only if you are looking for a peaceful stay with a great view and climate. However, avoid dining at their restaurant if you don't want to be overcharged.
