The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

We had booked family suite room. The location of the property is awesome, the services is also good. Rooms were near and clean. But the quantity and taste of food was not good. Otherwise all most all the amenities were available.Overall it nice and pleasant stay.

The hotel is bad, there is a problem in service, even water is cold, in hot season, rooms are not equal, money is spent and break fast is also not equal, service is given only after calling the reception 7-8 times. The only way to waste money is to stay in a hotel...

We booked delux room is not so less but pretty much amount but no service offered comapre to money. No hot water in bathroom No ventilation Old windo AC without remote & temperature setting, either keep it on or off. Fan work only on full mode that too with so much noise & vibration. Food taste was very bad. No bread toast for breakfast or live counter. No game zone. Swimming pool was too far & not a worthy. Hygiene & cleanliness - what is that?? They asked us to pay full then only they will provide keys for rooms & when we complained about all this to manager, she said that is your problem do whatever you can do, I can't do anything. If this is the last resort available in kumbhalgarh then also please stay at home. You will regret going there.

We have a group of 22 peoples stayed there. Definitely the property location is prime. It is well maintained. Rooms are specious and clean. Pool site gives an amazing experience. It’s about good things. The worst experience with the resort is they don’t treat and serve like a resort. 1. No room service facilities aren’t offered . 2. Food was terrible except Dal fry & rice. Anyone can try that At least. 3. Staff supposed to be so polite to serve. 4. Staff should be stand by in night time or at least a receptionist. Otherwise it was nice experience though. Confirm this things before booking. I hope Will see the improvements in service.

Don’t pay anything in advance. I booked 2 rooms and payed in Advance. Cancellation policy i received on email was 50%. For the 10 days they answer me well and later said that they don’t have refund policy. Not going to book this resort ever in future.
