One of the best hotel in Mahabaleshwar! Very kind,supportive, and helpful staff! Specifically Miss Bhagyashree the receptionist was so so kind and very well communicated with us ! Food and housekeeping staff was 10/10! Do visit the place for perfect view of lake and the price is worth it ! Thank you Byke Sai Cottage!

I’ve traveled a lot in the past, but this is truly one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Even if you paid four times more, you wouldn’t regret it. The receptionist is polite, the staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. And the view from the resort? Absolutely breathtaking — words can’t do it justice. Highly recommended! 🌟

Nice ambience and stunning views. The rooms were perfect and the property is very photogenic. The only suggestion I have for the hotel would be to review the food pricing, as it felt a bit too high. Overall, a great experience!

It was the worst experience of my life . Though the view was 5 star ⭐. The rooms were disgusting as hell . There was a dog who was roaming, which can cause someone death due to bite of the dog . Animals were coming inside of our room racoons were roaming around like it was there room . The bathrooms literally disgusting, the tiles were broken the tap was not working . The plug were damaged. There was disgusting smell in the room . The TV was not working also . I request the staff to please maintain these things . The food was worser than worst . I hope the staff will understand.

Amazing location, good rooms , very good service. They also gave us separate item prepared for our baby. View from rooms is awesome Food is good. Ample parking space. Pools was big and clean.
