The stay was excellent. Great hospitality and awesome food , customer service by Naresh Kumar. It was our first anniversary ,the staff decorated outside our room beautifully with flowers and balloons, Kudos to the team. A very special thanks to Rutesh sir for making our stay special and memorable

If you are really wants to have pleasant stay then Alpin is the best answer. We stay here for day and had ultimate service experience. Good points- 1. Very nice interior 2.Clean rooms at the level of 5star hotel. 3.Service is too quick. 4.View from room is awesome. 5.Food Quality is best in class. 6.Very friendly and helpful staff . 7.Hotel Owner is fully involved and to securing our stay at best level.

We had the best hospitality and experience on the 3 night stay in this hotel. The service and especially the food was top class. The hotel interiors are of food and hence how much ever the temperature drop down outside, we are a slight bit stayed a little warm. The view from this hotel is breathtaking, the mountains can be seen out from the window and the balcony. Please visit this budget friendly worth hotel, if you are planning to stay in Manali, and also want some breathtaking views when you wake up in the morning !

Visited for 3nights 4days, Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Food quality is not so good. This is not standard hotel as compared you can assume. For each thing , you have to told every time to staff.like clean bathroom , It look like haunted place , because of dimmer light. They are provide single rod heater and charge 300 per night (very low quality of heater). As per my opinion plz don't visit this hotel (cottage)
