Never had such a bad experience in any of the hotels anywhere. Ever. For the price, you only will get a room with a bed and the story ends there. There were no toiletries in the washroom, no refreshments in the room. As there was nothing in the room, we couldn't even have coffee or tea. They don't have a kitchen, so forget about any kind of food service. No microwave so you can't even warm up the food which you'll have to get from the mall road or any other place. The rooms were clean and had warm running water though. Don't go there by looking at the photos. Location is nothing to write about. Narrow lanes and hidden inside town. There is no view from the room and you'll only see buildings or their walls.

One Of the Best Hotels To stay In Manali. The Main Disadvantage is that, this hotel doesn't have any Restaurant or Cafe inside, You have to Walk till Manali Mall Road Which is 500m from here to Eat. Rest All things are Good 👍

So this place was our spontaneous decision. For sure it was a perfect decision. Firstly it's hardly 10mins walking distance from mall road, secondly they give you good parking and thirdly they have lift accessibility to rooms. They have beautiful terrace too. Views are amazing from this place. Food options are good too at reasonable price.

The property details on all sites including Booking. Com is misleading. I booked two Superior King Rooms for a family vacation and I was asked to make an advance payment of 20%. Post making the payment i was not sent any confirmation. Moreover when i reached Manali with my family that includes my 73 year old Father I was caught by surprise because there is no hotel by the name of URBAN MANALI RESORT. After almost an hour of search we finally reached the so called resort and the location is deep down some dead lanes between the houses of the locals. The photographs shown are all filtered and the service and staff is PATHETIC. There is no breakfast available before 930am not even tea or coffee. There is no housekeeping available. If asked for towels we were refused saying that towels will be available after 1pm.since they haven't come from the laundry. There is no hot water kettle and the bathrooms are all clogged. They claim to have dine in, gym and more services but all are lies. There is no power backup. We were given ordinary rooms and we're told that the ones we booked are not available. The lessee Mr. Sahil never answers the calls nor responds to any messages. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY AND RUIN YOUR VACATION BY RENTING THIS PROPERTY.
