The room was really nice and comfortable, extra beds were provided. The stay was very affordable. The complementary breakfast was 6.5/10 not a lot of options just basic stuff but is good enough. Over all a really affordable stay with comfortable rooms.

Excellent..... no words... from check in to check out the service provided by each and every staff was amazing. Reception, pantry, security all staff were so helpful and it felt like home. Will visit Aurelia everytime in my upcoming trips .

Didn't find it to be worth for money, Yes, it's ideal location to move around but so is Treebo Hotel which is very close by. The rooms hot jug was rusted inside. They offer only 1 Water Bottle per day, there isn't any water filter where you can top up but have to buy. Haven't eaten breakfast as it's 200/- + taxes per person whereas you can get good food outside just few yards at 1/4th the price. House keeping isn't that great, they don't use vaccum to clean the room, it's windy outside & the dust remains in the room infact it's all over the bed. Not sure if I will rebook this place once again.

Rooms are great. Affordable prices. Hospitality is good. Away homevfeel like another home. Food is good and palatable. Staff is courteous and cooperative. We stayed for three days and overall experience was excellent.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unwelcoming and outright rude. The front desk clerk was dismissive and seemed annoyed to even check me in. When I asked for basic assistance, I was met with impatience and rude behaviour. The manager ignored my requests. When I raised these concerns, the staff acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Communication was poor, and no one seemed interested in solving any problems. Customer service was completely lacking—no apologies, no willingness to help, just cold and disrespectful behavior. This ruined my entire stay, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management clearly needs to train their staff on professionalism and courtesy.
