1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

Nice and decent property and very well maintained. Good service with awesome food. Their private pool villas are best. Strongly recommended for the experience. They have limited villas and cottages but worth to stay there.

We went there for a day but the calmness, peace and fun we had with family was just amazing. Would definitely like to visit many more times to go to Abu. Thank you for making our break so much memorable.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and delectable food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making me feel like a valued guest. The attentive and friendly demeanor of the employees truly stood out. Additionally, the culinary experience was outstanding. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with well-prepared dishes that satisfied my taste buds. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the top-notch service and delightful dining options during our stay. I genuinely prefer this place for stay.

What a pleasure to stay at this place. It was nice and wonderful time being spent here. Staff was cooperative. Amenities was good too. Cleanliness and hygienic food was also taken care of. Customer is the king was their motive.

Excellent Property located on Abu Road, 15kms before Mt Abu. Service was exceptional & the staff helped us to upgrade the room to Private Villa with super ease. Must recommended if you want to take your family & spend some quality time having peace & good food, around good people!!
