Located at a posh location in Colaba, behind The Taj Hotel and Gateway of India. The ambiance is amicable. It's value for money at the prominent location of Mumbai. Staffs and service are good and prompt, especially the manager Md Danish who is cooperative and helpful.
If breakfast and mineral drinking water is provided, it will be commendable.
Overall stay was very good. Loved it!
Will visit again!

I am telling you whole story.
I went to Mumbai with my friends and want to stay near by taj hotel so we choose this property.
We booked for a one night and next morning my two friends are coming for just Take a shower but hotel owner refused for that.
I told that We will not booking your property next time and they will be like we don’t care . We have so many guests, They indirectly told that go to hell. Very Rude behaviour of staff.
And Washroom is very dirty when we request for cleaning they said it already clean. So service is also very poor.
Very bad experience. I suggest that don’t book here.

This is scam! What a shame.
I was navigating in google maps and I clicked in this place, it redirected me to Agoda, where I did my booking and paid for my room.
Guess what…?
The property is 1 hour from here.
It is in Navi Mumbai. But still they have Colaba in the name of the hotel to scam tourists.
If you write the name of the hotel in Google Maps you will be redirected to a great location in Colaba.
Don’t trust.
It is an abandoned building.

First off it is not where the hotel actually is. It took me some time to find it out. Secondly they were lying around when they need to receive a new guest. They also denied my booking and simply insisted I need to call agoda customer service while almost *throwing my passport* back to me. They don't do anything to figure out what went wrong even when I explained I've already double checked my booking with them the day before. They don't listen. They just insist my reservation is nonexistent and it is not their fault and I need to handle it myself while I still pay the whole thing. This kind of attitude is downright rude and shows serious lack of work ethic. Their English is also very limited that I always needed a local friend to talk to them.
I have never experienced such a lousy service in my life. I feel terrible now and I hope nobody ever feels this way. Also they do not accept card. Only cash.
