Average Hotel, Old property If you are travelling by hired Taxi, you will have to hire a porter to transfer the luggage as Taxi cannot enter in day time. Taxi Allowed from 10 PM to 6 AM for 200rs Govt Toll. Steep climb, not recommended if you are travelling with toddlers. Had an emergency as my kid got sick after checking in the hotel. Those 100-200 metres climb made me and my wife breathless, could barely talk with the local taxi driver and pharmacy owner for atleast a minute as we were breathless. Finally asked the taxi to take us to a hospital. Didn't had a peaceful stay, changed rooms around 11 PM in night as the bathroom didn't had water. Next day morning the water pump broke. Asked for a hair dryer but no one gave straight answers. Reminded them thrice but still didn't got it the night before check out. Finally had to argue with the receptionist at 6 in the morning that if you didn't had one you could have said earlier, I would have bought it. Finally they borrowed it from a neighbouring hotel and gave it to us. Only the dinner we had was good and buffet breakfast was ok.

The Hotel Pearl exceeded our expectations! We had a truly wonderful time during our stay. The facilities were excellent, and the staff deserves special praise for being incredibly nice, courteous, and attentive to everyone. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 days and it was amazing. Rooms were perfect, spacious, clean. All the staffs were so great and curteous. Especially the ones serving food, always vigilant about what we liked and what we didn't. Absolutely at the mall, a little downhill though. Overall a great experience. Would be viaiting aagain!!!

11th and 12th December. Our stay at the DLS Pearl was nothing short of hell. We were staying in rooms 211 and 212. Anyone planning to stay at this hotel should avoid these rooms. The rooms are near the store room and the door sounds like a shutter and will distrub you greatly with the sound. During our stay at the hotel, there was a group of students staying there on an outing. Not sure which school/collage there were from but seeing how they were behaving it has to be some low tier mediocre institute. They were creating a lot of ruckus, playing loud music and screaming, banging on doors till 2-3 am in the morning. Us and the other guests could not sleep for 2 nights straight. We complained to the front desk 3 to 4 times but even they could not control them, even those poor guys were fed up with those kids. It went to a point where we were planning to call the police to stop the disturbance. But we decided to check out on 13th morning. All n all a very bad experience

2 days stay in this beautiful property located just at Mall road is just AMAZING. If there is an option to mark more in service section I would have happily marked more it was the best…Maya Ram from serving staff had an amazing connect with my little one and always took care of what she needed. Nisha ji at reception was very helpful with all the things needed during the stay.
