The Pavilion Hotel Is Wonderful,Clean and Hospitality Is Very Good, Thank You For The Wonderful Hospitality. And Hotel Staff Is Very Kind Specially FDM Nikhil And Other Service Boys' I Would Recommend Every Travelers Who Visit Nagpur Pls. Prefer Hotel Pavilion For Stay.

Me and my wife were travelling to Nagpur, Booked for 2 nights. Based on following points we would like to recommend this property. **1. Cooperative Staff:** The staff at Treebo The Pavilion were incredibly cooperative and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they were always ready to assist with any requests, whether it was helping with our luggage, providing local tips, or ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our experience. **2. Comfortable and Cozy Rooms:** Our room was a perfect blend of comfort and coziness. The bed was soft, with clean linens, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long journey. The air conditioning was efficient, making the room a pleasant retreat from the summer heat. The overall décor of the room was inviting and contributed to a restful atmosphere. **3. Clean Toilets:** The cleanliness of the toilets was commendable. I'm writing this review, being very disappointed from completely unprofessional and exploitative nature of the receptionist at this treebo The pavilion , I arrived somewhere at 7.30 am at the place , after enquiry there were rooms available but check-in time was 12 noon , I requested to accomodate in available space , but the receptionist demanded 500 rs , for early check in only then he will arrange staff to clean the room. I have traveled across the country till date but these good people made us wait in the lounge till 10:45 am with all the luggage for almost 3 hours . Comparing to my experience at radisons , Conrad even the local.PG's etc etc. , Never have I ever faced such problem even if I checked in a few hours earlier the staff have cleaned the rooms have made them available , Though the rooms , they are spacious and clean and have good cricket gallery ambiance , Only this unprofessional and exploitative behavior made the saty very pleasant and hostile. This is a good hotel to stay. Very near to the Nagpur Railway Station. Rooms are good and clean. Just need improvement in the room service. The staff looks a bit unprofessional and untrained. The restuarant area is shabby. Can improve that area. They should concentrate on the restaurant area and its ambience.
