1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

2. Early Check in or late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of child may be complementary as per properties terms and condition.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress may be provided for triple occupancy bookings. Subject to availability for specific property.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. This may change subject to property terms and conditions.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

The waterpark was not up to the mark in terms of overall management and presentation. There were long queues for everything—breakfast, lunch, and high tea—especially during the summer season, which made the experience quite frustrating and unpleasant. Dont follow this queue method there is no any where such queue system in waterpark. The waterfall water was dirty and had a foul smell. After swimming, I experienced itching all over my body for two days, which raises concerns about water hygiene and maintenance. There was also a lack of proper supervision and discipline within the resort. Some guests were consuming beer in common dining areas and leaving empty bottles behind. Additionally, a few people brought small alcohol bottles into the swimming pool and were drinking there, yet no resort staff intervened or took any action. The food quality was also below expectations and did not justify the price or reputation of the property. Overall, this was one of the worst water park experiences I have had, and significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, crowd management, food quality, and guest supervision.

Our overall experience at the resort was very nice and enjoyable. The property is clean and well-managed, and the rooms were comfortable for the entire family. Staff members were humble, cooperative, and always available whenever required. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The resort offers a good environment to relax and spend quality time. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others as well.

We were a family of 11 planned one-night stay at Visava Amusement Park & Resort and had an amazing experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and on time, and the staff was extremely supportive throughout our stay. We had booked 3–4 executive rooms with extra mattresses. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The water park was the highlight of the trip — the pool is huge, the rides are super exciting, and the staff ensured safety and assistance during all the water rides. We also had lunch at Garam Masala and the food was delicious with great service. The DJ night was very enjoyable and added to the fun experience. Room service was prompt, and even the checkout process was hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful family getaway and definitely a must-visit resort for families and groups!

Decent place for a short stay: I stayed at this resort recently and overall it was a decent experience. The rooms are clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The service staff is polite and helpful. The water rides and swimming pool are all functional, although they do feel a bit old. Still, for the price you pay, it’s quite acceptable. The restaurant serves decent food—nothing particularly special, but fine for a casual meal. The only downside is that the service at the restaurant can be a bit slow. One frustrating part of the stay was the transportation situation. Ola/Uber pickup is not allowed at the resort due to the local autorickshaw monopoly. You are forced to take an auto to the next stop if you want to book a cab, which is inconvenient and annoying. Indoor game hall opens only after 6 PM, so keep that in mind if you plan activities. It offers day trip to school or college students, so be prepared that the slides will be completely occupied if such kind of visit is planned during your stay. Overall, it’s a reasonable option for the price, with a few inconveniences that travelers should be aware of.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The rooms were neat, hygienic, and quite comfortable for our family stay. The staff members were courteous, cooperative, and attended to everything very smoothly. The food was tasty and served fresh, which made the experience even better. The resort atmosphere was calm, pleasant, and perfect for spending quality time with family. The pool and water park were well-maintained and added a lot of fun to our trip. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing getaway with good hospitality, clean accommodation, delicious food, and great service. Would surely love to visit again.
