Luigi Villas is an exceptional retreat! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece of design, combining modern amenities with a charming, rustic ambiance. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal, with all tourist destinations, including the beach within walking distance (3-4 minutes). There’s even a restaurant and a bakery right opposite the place- which are both amazing! The staff's dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident throughout our visit- and they were always very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an extraordinary stay in Pondicherry!

Rasheed guided us to the best dining spots and must-visit hangout places in Pondicherry, ensuring we experienced the local culture and cuisine to the fullest. The overall service at Luigi Villa was impeccable, and every staff member was courteous and attentive to our needs. Luigi Villa - A French Heritage Hotel! It’s such a beautiful place to stay which is located just few feet away the beach. Staffs are very friendly and the room tariff is quite affordable. I enjoyed my stay in Luigi Villa. Rooms are very clean, the bed sheets and the pillows are clean too. Overall it’s a 5 rating.

Review for standard room, the cheapest of the lot. The room is very spacious, bathroom is very good. Cleanliness is top notch. Service is good, sometimes the staff needed a reminder, but prompt service with a smile. Location is great as everything is close by. Yet I rate it 3 stars, because even though everything looks good, there is a bit of lack of functionality. Room is on second floor, and the stairs are quite steep coz ceilings are high. No cupboard or hooks or even wall slabs to put your clothes in the room. There is one small cabinet but not spacious at all and already has items kept on it. Full size mirror should be provided as it's a lodge, that too in a tourist town. Current mirror was also just placed on the cabinet, which hindered usability. No bars/hooks in the bathroom for putting your clothes, towels or toiletries. The glass door of the bathroom is too much see through. Works fine traveling with partner but not otherwise. On the main door, could have provided 2 curtains instead of one as it doesn't cover the glass door on the sides completely. Biggest con for me was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom, that meant bathing takes lot of time which you need to do multiple times due to the humidity. Also, the AC outdoor unit was just placed on the top of the bathroom ceiling sheet which vibrated when the AC was on and made a lot of noise. These issues are not major ones but do dilute the experience of a hassle-free stay. Despite these things, my stay was pleasurable and I definitely recommend the place as it is beautiful. And these issues are easily fixable, like one cupboard with a door mirror will solve lot of the issues listed. And when I informed them about the bathroom hooks, they said they are already working on it. The water pressure issue can be looked at as well.

Additionally, the food served was exceptional. I look forward to returning to this wonderful establishment in the future.
