Excellent location for Chakan/Rajgurunagar MIDC with great amenities ​Stayed here during a business trip to the Chakan industrial area. The location right on the Pune-Nashik highway is incredibly convenient for commuting to nearby factories. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant—the buffet spread had good variety and tasted fresh. The indoor swimming pool is also a nice bonus to unwind after work. Room service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but overall, it’s a premium and reliable business hotel in the area.

Stayed at Click Hotel Sagar Plaza near Khed and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property is easy to access from the highway, which makes it convenient for travel. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was good and service was quick. The ambience is calm and suitable for both business trips and short family stays. Facilities like Wi-Fi and basic amenities were well maintained. Pricing is slightly on the higher side, but the comfort and overall service make it worth considering. A reliable option in the Khed and Chakan area. 😊🏨✨

Very good staff behaviour and specially Mr.Anil from food department he is so polite and humble..So much caring towards the guest.. If in chakan Pune definitely can be worth to stay here..

A good budget hotel at Nasik Highway near to Chakan, Ambethan and Khed Industrial zone in Pune. The place is near to the Rajgurunagar a place where the Great Freedom Fighter Rajguru was born. The hotel has good rooms, a small gym and fun zone and above all the Pick and Drop facility is just the required service for a member visiting or travelling to the industries nearby. All in all Value for Money.

We had a small function at their restaurant in Rajgurunagar on 17th May 2026, and unfortunately, our experience with their service was extremely disappointing. First of all, a few of our guests had an emergency and needed to leave early, so we requested the management to serve food a little earlier for them. However, the manager completely denied our request without showing any flexibility. Secondly, there was no waiter assigned to support our function. We had to repeatedly go to the manager and inform him whenever something was missing. If chapatis were available, there was no curry to eat with them; spoons were missing, salt was unavailable, and several items kept getting over without timely replacement. Instead of being looked after, we had to continuously follow up ourselves. Moreover, all of us are pure vegetarians. We were specifically informed that the kitchen facilities were separate, but later we realized that the kitchen was shared/mixed, and there was a strong non-vegetarian smell. Because of this, some of our relatives were uncomfortable and did not even eat the food. On top of all this, the manager was very rude throughout the event and kept arguing with us instead of trying to resolve the issues. Rather than understanding our concerns and offering support, his behavior made the entire experience even more frustrating. What was most disappointing was his attitude at the end. Instead of acknowledging our concerns, he told me that I was getting angry over "very small things." For us, these were not small issues, especially during an important family function. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the service, hospitality, and staff behavior. Definitely not the experience we expected for our special occasion.
