Best room service , sea view rooms. Great stuff . I've been here for more than 18 years now and it's the best from every perspective. The restaurant here is great as well. Bengali and chinese food are best.

We stayed in the AC super deluxe double bed room, and it was quite small compared to its price. There was mold in the room, and the paint was peeling off the walls. The hotel lacks basic hygiene maintenance. The bathroom had a peculiar smell, probably coming from a vent that leads to the waste disposal. The door fronts in the hallway were filled with leftover food. I even saw a cat roaming in the hallway and feeding on the leftovers! I booked this room online for three people and was told that an extra mattress would be provided. The mattress they gave us was very dirty, and we could not even use it. The restaurant downstairs serves food of average quality, but the place does not look clean. There are flies all over, and the sinks are full of stains. The room service is okay. They clean the room (including the bathroom) every day and change the bed sheets every other day. The location of the hotel is great, and the room had a nice view of the sea.

Wonderful Stay by the Sea Hotel New Sea Hawk in Puri provided an unforgettable experience. The location, right by the beach, offered breathtaking views. Rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Overall, a fantastic stay - highly recommend!

Rooms are pretty small for the price. Rooms are renovated but washroom needs serious maintenance. Staff are helpful. Restaurant is under renovation but fully functional

Rooms have been recently renovated and are superb in terms of luxury and comfort. Staff behaviour and room service is also very good. Only two things that we didn't like during our stay at the hotel were the food quality of the restaurant which is below average and the aged lift. The lift of the hotel has aged a lot and it doesn't go anymore with the other updated amenities of the hotel. I would request the Hotel authorities to renovate the lift or replace it with a new one.
