We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our Rajasthan trip, and in particular for our visit to Ranthambore. We were very impressed with the whole visit. The hotel is in a very good location for the game drives, and is in the pickup area for the park. We had 4 game drives over two days and the Jeep was bang on time and returned us. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and were always there to see us off when the jeep collected us, with blankets for the early morning drives, along with bottles of water, and greeted us on our return.We had a really nice large room by the swimming pool. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a good bed and nice bathroom , well looked after by housekeeping. We had half board, and all the food we had was top quality, we liked the late breakfast, after the early morning game drive, then a few hours around the pool until the afternoon game drive. The whole experience was top class, and we felt it was good value for money. My only niggle was the WiFi, it was very poor and we had to constantly log on by obtaining a new WiFi code.

Conducted an off site training for one of my clients at Spree Jungle Villas. Very good service, food and ambience. It's a beautiful and well maintained property. The best part was the support that their entire team gave that contributed to the success of our program.

It was great experience with this resort. Great ambiance, good food quality and quantity, cooperative staff, good parking space, awesome rooms. Evening high tea and snacks were great add-on in pleasure. Only thing is to keep in notice, map could show short way to reach resort via village route which should be avoidable. There is clear way to reach resort from highway road so better to call resort before proceeding to suspicious route.

Great interior, rooms and service overall. They offered complimentary hi-tea with snacks which was good and also provided us special breakfast as we had to leave early. Location was a bit inside and the roads to the property are not well constructed so could be an issue for some people. Food quality can be improved in the restaurant.

We recently went on a office trip and chose a hotel to stay at. While the location was good, we were really disappointed with the service. The hotel staff was not friendly and didn't help us much. We had to ask for water several times, and often they either took a long time to bring it or didn't bring it at all. They didn't seem to care about our needs, even for small things. Additionally, the hotel didn't have many basic facilities that we expected. There was no facility for driver. Overall, our stay wasn't very pleasant, and we were quite unhappy with the service provided by the hotel.
