Walkable distance from the railway station. The main road is nearby hence easily the transportation was available. There were many restaurants nearby. The hotel was good with a reasonable price. Breakfast was good but the options were limited. The service was good. The rooms were big and comfortable beds.

Me being an hotelier had an very pleasant and graceful Stay at urban hotel.Staff is very helpful and well trained.Reception person in the night was very much helpful and he made sure that our stay was great.Breakfast setup in the morning was very awesome and Mr Aman handles it very smoothly.Room was upto the mark and cozy.Our stay was good would be highly recommending for this Place. Disappointed and frustrated. When I booked the room online, crucial information was missing, leading to misunderstandings upon arrival. To add insult to injury, upon reaching the hotel, exhausted and burdened with luggage, I was shocked to learn that my booking had been canceled – at midnight, no less! The lack of transparency in the booking process was unacceptable.This oversight resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially after a long journey. However, the most egregious part of this ordeal was the cancellation of my booking without prior notice. Imagine the dismay of arriving at a hotel late at night, only to be turned away because of a sudden cancellation. It's not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to guests who rely on their reservations for a comfortable stay. Despite the inconvenience, the staff's response was indifferent, offering little assistance or apology for the inconvenience caused. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when booking. The lack of transparency and the disregard for customer convenience make it an unreliable choice for accommodation. My experience was nothing short of disappointing, and I regret choosing this establishment for my stay.

Totally disappointed by the Hotel and staff. Very bad experience in the midnight arrival and faced cancellation of the booking .the staff told that the amount of prebooking will be refunded ,but they did not refunded any of it.The hotel does not value the customer and there is no proper customer support service. I booked the hotel with make my trip app and on date of booking ,the hotel cancelled the booking at midnight and they first told refund will be given by make my trip.On contacting with make my trip app ,they gave proper assistant and told that the "The Urban Hotel " has denied to give the refund. The hotel should value the customers and should contact the customers and inform the rules of their hotels and if they are cancelling the booking they should give the refund.

Really well maintained and hygienic hotel,.. staff is very good and professional they are available 24/7 and very helpful it's a best hotel and budget friendly with better location accessibility I'll recommend this place at ever visit to surat .
