Booked on OYO and when visited hotel they mentioned it is small room and asked to pay more to provide the bigger room.

My experience at Srinivasa Residency was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I had booked the property for 4 days starting 15th August, 10:00 PM. However, when I arrived at 1:00 AM (16th August), I was informed that the rooms were full and was asked to go to another branch. I had to spend extra ₹200 for an auto to reach the other branch, but even there I was denied a room, as it was also full. I waited and begged for almost 4 hours (from 1:30 AM to 5:00 AM), repeatedly calling the branch manager and owner, but no one gave me a proper response. Finally, at 5:00 AM, I was given the worst room I have ever seen—it was dirty, smelled terrible, and completely unfit for guests. Due to this mismanagement and negligence, I could not sleep properly for 2 days. I had no choice but to stay for a few hours because there were no other rooms available in Tirupati at that time. I checked out the same evening (16th August, 7:00 PM), even though I had booked for 4 days. This experience shows zero professionalism, poor management, and complete lack of customer care. Guests should never be made to suffer this way after booking in advance. I strongly request OYO to take strict action against Srinivasa Residency, ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers, and provide me with appropriate compensation/refund for the terrible experience and inconvenience caused.

Residency under Renovation even then they are providing the same rooms for guests. 1st Room Review No TV, Shelf, Mirror, Bedsheet, Bath Towels. Fan above bed is very slow even at Full speed. Toilet flush not working properly water is leaking from backside. 2nd Room Review No Shelf, Bedsheet and Bath towel. Getting Electric earthing in Bathroom Entrance and Washbasin Tap. Toiletries (Soap and Shampoo) not provided. Smoke smell at the rooms by the employees performing Renovation. Don't opt to stay seeing the photos in App and Google

I book hotel without checking reviews, not maintained well cockroach are running everywhere window curtain are not washed Air conditioner will be switched off by staffs from out side...

Very under maintaining hotel. The rooms are full of cockroaches and bed bugs and full of dust
