Everything was great except, early check-in. I think if room availability is there and you are staying for 2-3 days it should be free. We were supposed to check out before one day, still the guy refused for free early check in.

Customer Service almost non existent, you see no enthusiasm in receiving guests or ushering in. People at reception are experts in false promises towards helping for procuring darshan tickets. Rooms are good but need maintaining, regular clearance, better quality accessories and non stinking closets TV non operational just for showcase. Frequent power cuts Wobbling fans No daily room cleaning No response from reception when you call, you have to get down and meet them

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff are attentive and respectful, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The premises are clean and neat, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is excellent, being close to Alipiri. Food options are conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk or a 4-minute drive, making it easy to explore local dining. This hotel offers great value for the price. The surroundings are quiet, providing a peaceful environment for rest. The complimentary breakfast is a nice perk, and the staff’s reminder calls are a thoughtful touch. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Sripada residency: Service was late Cupboards were not clean Lights were flickering Breakfast was bad, and no one was there to attend to. Treebo needs to improve its standards to not become like Oyo. Its near to the Tirumala hillls though.
